A group of Monroe County community organizations, civic groups, churches, agencies and individuals who have come together to join resources and energies to find ways to best serve community members and families. Community volunteers answer the Monroe County Help Line and respond to requests for assistance by working through existing services and resources in the community.

Loveisrespect.org strives to be a safe, inclusive space for young people to access information and get help in an environment that is designed specifically for them. Their website provides comprehensive education on healthy, unhealthy and abusive dating relationships and behaviors. Highly-trained peer advocates offer support, information and advocacy to young people who have questions or concerns about their dating relationships. Growing American Youth
A social support organization for youth 21 and under who may identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning. They provide weekly support group meetings in St. Louis and St. Charles, as well as ongoing support and opportunities for youth. They host the annual Out In The City Youth Prom, where youth can dress how they want, bring whom they want, and be who they are - all within an accessible, safe, and spirited space.

Specially trained advocates arrive at the hospital or police station to assist the victim with police interviews and in navigating the medical and legal systems. In addition, Call for Help provides adult and child victims with counseling and therapy at no charge to help them overcome the trauma of sexual assault.
